Jupiter Acquires Ultimate!

We’re excited to share that Ultimate Wallet and our mobile team have been acquired by Jupiter, Solana’s leading DEX aggregator. It’s been an exciting and rewarding journey for our team and we couldn’t be more excited to see our product in the hands of one of Solana’s most prolific teams of shippers.

Our values align perfectly, thus making Jupiter an excellent future home for Ultimate. Both of our products are laser-focused on providing the most amazing and fastest on-chain trading experience on Solana.

Jupiter has grown to become the #1 place to trade on Solana regularly clearing over $10B in volume / week, and now extends their product offering by going native mobile, launching their own wallet in the future.

Of course, it is with a heavy heart that we also announce that in light of this new chapter, we will be sunsetting the Ultimate app in the coming months. We understand that change can be daunting, but we assure you that our team is dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible. We've put together a comprehensive tutorial to help you export your wallet seamlessly here.

In short here’s the timeline:

• Until May 22nd 2024, you may use the wallet.
• Effective May 23rd 2024, you will only be able to retrieve your Ultimate Wallet recovery phrase. Your cloud backup will remain accessible.

We want to reassure all Ultimate users that your funds are completely safe. We are 100% self-custodial and NEVER have or will ever have access to your funds.

Neither Ultimate nor Jupiter support will ever ask for your recovery phrase, nor request any transfers.
